📂 File Formats Included:

You will receive a ZIP file containing the following formats:

• DST – Tajima, Barudan
• PES – Brother, Babylock, Bernina
• EXP – Melco
• JEF – Janome
• VP3 – Pfaff
• PNG – A preview image and a color chart for thread reference.

If you need a different format or size, feel free to message us before purchasing.

🚀 How to Download Your Files:

After your purchase is complete, you will be able to access your files in two ways:

1. On the Shopify order confirmation screen, click the "ACCESS CONTENT" button to go to the file download page.
2. An email with a download link will be sent to the email address you provided. The "ACCESS CONTENT" button will also be in this email.

You will then click "Download" to save the files to your device.

🤔 How to Unzip Your Files:

After downloading the ZIP file, you'll need to unzip it to access the embroidery files.

• Right-click the ZIP file.
• Select "Extract All..." or a similar option.
• Choose a destination folder and click "Extract".

For large collections, you may receive a PDF file with a secure download link instead.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• This is a digital embroidery design file. No physical item will be shipped. This is NOT a patch.
• You must have an embroidery machine and the software to transfer the files to your machine.
• All files are delivered in a ZIP folder. Please unzip/extract the files before use.
• Due to the digital nature of this product, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
• Please ensure your machine supports the provided file types (VP3, JEF, EXP, DST, PES) before purchasing.
• For best results, test stitch on a similar fabric before applying to your final project.
• Colors may display differently depending on screen and software. Always refer to the included PDF worksheet for color guidance.
• Do not change stitch order or combine colors, as it may affect the final result.
